In order to achieve an excelent performance we only use datacenter-quality hardware. We are providing services using Compaq Intel Xeon Servers. All of our vRoutix plans are provided with RAID 1 SCSI storage, giving your vserver and data (web services, databases, mail services and accounts, etc) a complete mirrored disk arquitecture.
We don't oversell our servers!!!
When there's no more room to store new vRoutix servers we simply add a new real hardware server to preserve the quality of our services.
All the software we use is Free Software, under GPL-like licenses.
The main software technologies are

ReiserFS Filesystems: Stable Reiser3 versions
Our own set of admin tools developed mostly in Perl and PHP4.
